Close to place for medical procedure. Very clean. Great location- near many stores- right off of rt 10

Fantastic same-day rate. Room well equipped with microwave, fridge, tv, ironing board, coffee. Located on one of those NJ secondary shopping highways, so plenty of shopping and food choices. It is adjacent to a small airport. I didn't hear any planes after 4PM but in the morning I did.

Sonesta works well for a basic stay. Check in is simple, the incidental deposit is reasonable, the wifi works, the front desk always answers. Maintenance came quickly for the issues we had. Would stay again.

Worst Hotel Ever !! Disgusting. All around the worst hotel experience of my life. So bad we not only didn’t stay there but I had to file a complaint to get my money refunded. The facility smelled musty, the staff were unprofessional (one was downright rude). We asked to switch our room due to being made to feel uncomfortable by a staff member acting strangely on the 3rd floor. We simply wanted to be closer to the desk floor and where it was less isolated. My daughter felt just as ill at ease due to this man’s behavior. The 2nd room we were assigned after the desk clerk was done taking her sweet time, rolling her eyes and dismissing our concern hadn’t even been cleaned!! We unlocked the door and could clearly see one of the beds was unmade and the room appeared disheveled. Obviously we went back again and so she had to assign us a 3rd room. The 3rd room had the beds made but it was not clean and disgusting. At that point we decided not to stay.

Bathroom door was locked and had to leave the prod The reason why we stayed at the hotel was because the hot water heater at my house was not working and the next morning we were leaving for vacation so we decided to stay at the hotel to take a hot shower to get to the airport early in the a.m. We went to bed and around 3 AM in the morning my wife got up to use the bathroom and she closed the bathroom door and then when we woke up at 4:30 to take a shower and to leave, we could not get into the bathroom door because it was locked so there was no way for us to get into the room so we called the front desk and they said someone will be up well after 15 to 20 minutes. No one came up. We contacted the front desk and they said we cannot get anybody until 8 o’clock in the morning and we said that was too late so they gave us a different room so we could take a shower which we did, but my wife had all her products in the shower already so we had to leave those behind and when we got into the other room, it was stifling hot because the AC was not on so we were able just to take a quick shower and leave. I feel that I should be compensated somehow for this.

Staff were very friendly. Nice room with balcony. Close distance to activities and restaurants.
